What this dashboard will show once Phase 2 lands
Tonight's loop is real catalog data. The recommendation surface, trend watch, breakthrough detection, and hindsight tabs were placeholders so I removed them — putting fake "picks" next to real data was misleading.
- Weekly picks across the cover/original × tent-pole/mini matrix — needs candidate-song discovery flow + live ranking model
- Trend Watch — songs trending externally that match VP's pillars — needs algo-events ingest (n8n) + Chartmetric trending search
- Breakthrough Signals — videos reaching new audiences, distinguished from concerning drift — needs YT comment sentiment classifier
- Hindsight — 6-month-ago picks vs what was done vs what happened — populates after first 6 months of recommendations
- Auto-generated Strategic Read — currently no banner; the prior one was hand-written prose. Real version derives from the data above.
